ACT seeks new Executive Director
Andover Community Trust (ACT) is looking to hire a new Executive Director to succeed Denise Johnson who plans to retire in late 2026 after serving 12 years at ACT’s helm. Denise successfully oversaw ACT’s first multiunit affordable project and helped ACT expand its work to include monitoring tenant income eligibility, facilitating affordable unit resales, and administering multiple community assistance programs for the Town of Andover. Denise is a long-time resident of Andover. She plans to remain active as a member of the ACT Board of Directors to help train and support the incoming Executive Director.
