Andover Announces Community Assistance Plan 2024

The Town of Andover is continuing it Communication Assistance Plan for one more year. The Program is designed to provide assistance to Andover residents who find themselves unable to pay rent, mortgage, utility or other housing payments due to unemployment, underemployment or other continuing hardship associated with the Coronavirus pandemic.
