The goal of Andover Community Trust is to complete at least one permanently affordable home in Andover each year.
Currently, ACT is in conversation with Habitat for Humanity for a joint venture. In addition, ACT is also talking with several landowners about sites for new projects.
ACT’s biggest challenge is finding land for these homes. If you have a non-conforming lot, please contact ACT.
